I ran across The Bold Italic when they wrote an article about their 2nd annual 3rd Base event in the Dogpatch neighborhood. The event was a celebration of all that is awesome in the rapidly changing (you can use the G word if you want) Dogpatch/Central Waterfront neighborhood. I ended up spending more time on their site, and really kind of fell in love with their voice and style. So you can count me as a new follower. Perhaps their style will rub off and leave me a better person. Or, at least, a better styled person?
Triple Aught Design was a sponsor of the 3rd Base shindig, and they make some really amazing clothes, so stop by their website. And then buy something.

As you can see from the list above, the interesting and creative things happening in the Dogpatch neighborhood are off the charts. People have been talking about Dogpatch as an “up and coming” neighborhood for almost as long as I’ve been in real estate, but the reality is that over the past several years the neighborhood really has had a new bloom. Which invariably means that soon we will be reading about how the neighborhood has “sold out” and the urban homesteaders will pull up stakes and head south yet again, in search of a new undiscovered neighborhood that they can transform into the next big thing!
