Millennium Tower, hot on the heels of The Madrone selling out earlier this week, has announced that they are down to 10 remaining homes to be sold as new from the developer, Millennium Partners. When this building originally hit the market, it was at the bottom of the market. But the sales office has been very strategic in managing their inventory, and residences in the building have been moving very quickly for the past year.
As of today, ten homes remain. But just a few weeks ago that number was at 40, and I believe the number late last week was 15. So luxury condo homes at The Millennium Tower are clearly moving quickly. As of today, the entry level price for a two bedroom home is $1,1,00,000 but pricing and availability are subject to change – so if you want to make a move to the Millennium, I’d suggest you hurry up and do so sooner, rather than later.
And if you’d like independent buyer representation at this new development, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us. We’ve represented multiple buyers in home purchases at this Yerba Buena building, and are happy to put our building expertise and negotiation skills to work on your behalf.
And since this building is home to one of San Francisco’s most famous football players, it only seems right to write about it in the days leading up to this Sunday’s Super Bowl. And as for what’s left in big building new construction, the only other homes I’m aware of at this time are the penthouse releases at One Hawthorne.
Note: We are not the listing agents for the developer at the Millennium Tower. The developer is represented by Millennium Partners.
