April was a great month to be a seller in San Francisco

How was the month of April for condo buyers and sellers in South Beach, South of Market, Dogpatch, Mission Bay, and Yerba Buena? Overall, there were 73 sales reported in the MLS during the month of April, which is up slightly from the 69 condo homes sold during the same month in 2012.
