April was a great month to be a seller in San Francisco

How was the month of April for condo buyers and sellers in South Beach, South of Market, Dogpatch, Mission Bay, and Yerba Buena? Overall, there were 73 sales reported in the MLS during the month of April, which is up slightly from the 69 condo homes sold during the same month in 2012. Yerba Buena Condos Have a Spectacular 2012

How did condos in the Yerba Buena neighborhood do in 2012? I've got three chart that look at number of sales, median price per square foot, and median sales price for the past four years in the Yerba Buena neighborhood. Its important to note that the MLS data for this sub-district does not include original sales from the developer to new buyers unless that particular condo was listed in the MLS.
