As you enter the residential lobby, you’ll quickly forget the hustle and bustle on the SOMA streets as you are greeted by a space that evokes a quiet and tranquil Japanese garden. These thoughtful characteristics are carried throughout the building, and many lofts feature translucent glass walls which flood the homes with light.
Most loft homes either have decks, street-level private gardens, or large outdoor terraces. On the tenth floor, penthouse lofts feature skylights and lovely downtown views. The homes at Yerba Buena Lofts range in size from approximately 640 to 1,400 square feet. All loft homes are two levels with ceilings that are about 16 feet high and offer expansive floor to ceiling glass.
As originally built and delivered, the loft kitchens feature stainless steel appliances, gray stained maple European cabinetry, granite counter-tops, Moen fixtures, and tiled baths with vanity sinks ad Newport fixtures.
Enriched technological access defines Yerba Buena Lofts. The SMART design offers state-of-the-art wiring with fast internet connection and cable television.
