Completed in 2005, The Residences at the St. Regis are on the upper floor of the buildings, above the 269 Room five-star St. Regis hotel. The residences offer their owner access to all of the hotel services, making this a truly luxurious building. Located in the heart of the Yerba Buena neighborhood, the St. Regis is just a few steps away from the Moscone Center, Yerba Buena Gardens, and the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, not to mention the shopping and galleries a few blocks away in Union Square.
The project received accolades and lots of postive press for successfully incorporating the exsiting historic nine-story Williams building with the brand-new 42 story tower, and the site is also home to the Museum of the African Diaspora, which has a separate entrance on Mission Street. The development of the site was a great example of new and old merging in unexpected ways to honor San Francisco’s history yet create space for higher-density urban projects.
The private residences begin on the 22nd floor for of the building, and continue to the top floor. Depending on the home’s location in the building, some homes offer incredible downtown or San Francisco bay views, while others offer a beautiful view to Twin Peaks and the west.
The building is popular with individuals looking for a second home, who appreciate the convenience, luxury, and privacy offered by the prestigious St. Regis brand.
